BSA Supply Shipping and Handling Information

We ship the majority of our online orders within 4 business days (unless otherwise specified) from the date your order is received. Most orders shipped by Ground to addresses within the continental United States are generally received by our customers within 7 business days from shipment. If HOAC-BSA Supply is out of stock on any item you order, you'll be notified by email within 24-hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

You are the final judge of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from the Heart of America Council Boy Scouts of America, you can either exchange the item for a replacement or receive a full and complete refund. No questions asked.

You can return or exchange any item purchased through the Heart of America Council online store by mail. Please read return information below.

Returning Online purchases by mail:

1. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the appropriate address below. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has processed.

2. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.


Returns with an online Order Receipt:

We will refund the purchase price on the online Order Receipt or store receipt as follows:

Gift Receipt >> Gift Card or Gift Certificate

Exchange Receipt >> Original method of payment:  How we'll provide your refund:

Credit Card >> Same card as original purchase

Check >> Refund check sent within 14 business days


Returns without an online Order Receipt:

We will provide a gift card or gift certificate in the amount of the purchase.

Timeline for returns:

If, at any time, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us for a refund.


Refunding Shipping and Handling Charges:

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges placed on catalog or online orders.
